Sunday roast is wonderful. Atmosphere traditional. The kind of pub that pubs used to be. Quite intimate. Loved it.

I brought my son 13 and my parents here on a Sunday. The food was excellent and the venue was comfortable and very clean. The other customers seemed friendly. This was a lovely relaxing environment and the food and service received made it a definite venue to return to.

I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The pub had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who provided excellent service. The food was delicious with great value and with a good selection of drinks. The griffin's has a warm and relaxing environment, it also has a boxer dog which was very lovely and affectionate. A perfect place to enjoy with good company. Would definitely reccomend this pub in claygate.

For a afternoon lunch
Googled many pubs in the Esher/claygate area,
And my friend and i decided to visit the Griffin,
Best decision ever, both of our lunches were so fresh and well presented, will definitely be back in the near future,
And would also like to thank Rhianna for being so friendly and making us feel very welcomed
