Gorgeous pub. Excellent menu, with a large number of vegetarian options. Good, honest , good value pub grub. Nice selection of cask ales in very good condition. Service absolutely outstanding, and dog friendly as well! Cannot recommend highly enough!
We were looking for a traditional English pub, with good food and friendly atmosphere.

Excellent value for money and friendly staff. Craft brewery with some liquid gold, you can't beat that.

Two meals ordered one fish and chips one salmon new potatoes and veg. Any sauces can be asked for on side. You must have a big appetite to finish everything. All food and plates hot. Staff really friendly thank you. 11th July.
Rose and Crown isn't just a pub with food, the staff location and entertainment, is more than what you'd get from most public houses these days.
Homemade food and real ales, freshly cooked non microwave or frozen food, freshly made chips as well.
It has a little courtyard at the back which is leading to another venue perfect for small parties and great for sports.
This has to be an amazing little gem for the area with lots of entertainment to offer, will be coming back again in the future.
Had lunch here today and the food was 10/10! Service 10/10, prices reasonable and big portions, well worth the money and the taste / presentation was spot on! Deffo will be returning!
We visited on the 22nd May, social distancing was maintained, good service from staff! They was short staffed so longer waiting times but customer service was great despite this, friendly staff and the food! Wow! Very tasty! Will definitely be back
Lovely pub, the staff is the sweetest. The food is delicious, I totally recommend their homemade pies! 😋😋
