We've eaten here several times and always had good food. The Lamb Tagine is very tasty.
This time the staff were very efficient from arrival until the main course was delivered but then didn't come back. After receiving no service we skipped dessert and drinks. I paid at the bar and we grabbed drinks elsewhere.
I really hope that this was an off night, our bill was about £30 less than normal, but the time at the table was similar.

Unplanned trip away, and stumbled upon this awesome, authentic,friendly ,family run restaurant. Food was out of this world, staff was welcoming and friendly. All the food was beautifully cooked and even got treated to traditional Moroccan tea and baklava after.
I can't recommend this place enough, was a brilliant evening.

We had a lovely meal. The staff were friendly and efficient. The surroundings were comfortable, clean and interesting. We ordered the Mezé (with wine) which was just under £30 for two people. Our food was delicious, plentiful and well priced.
The restaurant is having to cope with council works to the footpath immediately outside it’s doors, but it is well worth persevering and taking a slight detour around the Heras fencing. We will be back and would recommend it to others 😊

Great Place , brilliant Staff with good knowledge of their food and flavours. Very helpful server if you’re not familiar with the food. Meatball all home cooked. That was a star dish . But the presentation and taste was amazing . Flavouring in every dish is just surprising phenomenal. Many choices available from Vegetarian to lamb , chicken or prawns . Going to visit again if I’m back in town . I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the city .

What a brilliant place.! Food was excellent- so authentic and reasonably priced. The place was buzzing. We had dinner for our 41st wedding anniversary and when we told the waitress they brought us a complimentary dessert 🍨 Nice...Service was prompt and excellent. We would definitely recommend Fez for any occasion.

Visited here whilst on holiday in the area. When we first arrived, there was only us and another couple, so the room felt cold until it filled up a bit. Our waiter could not do enough for us and was very attentive, and despite getting really busy, took the time to take photos of us. The drinks and food was delicious. The lamb just melted in your mouth and there was plenty to eat. We were full just from the main, so we didn't try the starters or desserts. Well recommended.

Went here for my mother's day meal. Staff were very nice and nothing was to much trouble. Food was excellent. Compliments to the chefs ! 👨🍳 I would highly recommend this restaurant. See you in the future.
