Tried this restaurant for the first time last week on a routine visit to Cleethorpes to visit the Father with the Brother and his missus. Brother had tracked it down. Service was very good indeed. Very friendly and attentive. Food was very nice indeed. Only criticism would be that the choice of starters is fairly limited. Other than that a very very nice meal. I had the chorizo and chicken gnocchi. Home made gnocchi and perfectly cooked chicken. Father had the fish and chips and as he said: "in Grimsby, you have to do haddock and chips well. They have done it well". Brother and his missus went for the duck and both of them finished their slates! Desserts were nice as well but the main courses are the highlight. Would recommend. Will be coming back next time I'm in town. Two thumbs up.

Modern twist on classic British fayre . Clean spacious modern minimalist decor , ultra clean WC , polite staff and high quality food and service as STD . The real deal here is Mon to Friday !! The special set menu for £25 , two can dine with either a meat or fish option of their choice plus a quality bottle of wine , red or white to share, e.g Spanish temp or Italian pino included . The menu may well be limited on the set dinning plan , but it has been well thought out to deliver the very best for value for money and your dining experience . Food is served piping hot and drinks e.g . Beer served well chilled . May I suggest pre booking for the evenings to avoid disappointment dress code is smart casual . A real gem just waiting for you to discover I'm sure you will not be disappointed . A good place for a romantic dinner or a great place to dine with a group of friends . Highly recommended, I hope that they continue to do well.
