I live locally so have never needed a room. The Wellow is a great place to have a drink something to eat and relax. The staff are friendly and look after everyone a great place to visit.

Stayed as a contractor for 4 weeks amazing place. Amazing staff work well as a team which shows when staying at the hotel. Rooms cleaned every day spotless clean tea coffee topped up everyday. Food above average for pub grub. Mike the manager very helpfully very approachable and polite same as all other staff lovely place lovely people pleasure staying with them. Thank you wellow

OUTSTANDING!!!
We stopped off here on the way home from a weeks holiday at thorpe park down the road and although it doesn't look much on the exterior DO NOT let that put you off!
Wow, this was the best pub food we've had in years, the prices are very reasonable and the staff are very friendly and competent, we live in Hull but we are seriously considering having a monthly trip to cleethorpes just to have a meal and a few drinks here, thats how impressed we are with the place.

An excellent choice of meals on the menu and all in our party of five enjoyed their dinner and desert. The down side was the drinks, pint of Carling,pint of Perroni, two diet cokes,a blackcurrant and water and a fruit shoot came to over £18 and two rounds came to more than the meals themselves.

Reasonable prices with offers on daily, clean and tidy no sticky table no food on floor, one meal unfortunately came out cold, told staff so apologetic and took the food to be replaced streight away other meals no issues, kids active paper available and crayons toilets reasonable although the disability cord was wrapped around the hand rail - this was untangled but may be back to previous state (law requirements) car park good size plenty of parking it is pay and display but if you are dinning you can enter your reg and extend your time allowance and free parking

Went for lunch, food was great. Lots of choice. Parking is a concern, make sure you register your car on the computer. Lovely staff. This is the third time we have been here and will be back.

I used their app to order food, drink and pay...it works VERY well.
The large Cappuccino I had was very good. The main meal was good for the price, ie cheap and it was a 2 for 1 deal.
Table service was good.
You'll need to register your car reg on arrival inside to avoid potential car park charges.
Overall, it was very good for the price

Popped in for an evening meal.
Absolutely spot on food and service.
Steak and ale pie was delicious. It was so good we just had to go back the following evening for more.

Just had an a fantastic breakfast prior to a full day running a H4H stall for Armed forces weekend. Food was hot, perfectly cooked, well presented and a good price. I went for the 2nd largest breakfast and just managed to eat it all. Shouldn't need any lunch now. I will be back for my tea later.

The chicken was hot and succulent, chips were hot and crisp, the salad was fresh and crisp and the beer and wine nicely chilled.
The service was first class asking how the meal was in a timely manner. All at a reasonable price. 10/10

Really happy with food it was cooked to perfection and arrived quick. Some good meal deals. Pub was clean and tidy. Been coming for years on our annual holiday and looking forward to next time.
