Lovely lovely lovely sever Sophia. Very attentive, nothing to much trouble for her. Great service, exceptional dinner. We live an hour away, however, well worth the drive.

We decided to drop in to the Oyster Catcher on our way home from an afternoon afternoon shopping. BExcellent service. The waitress Liz is so efficient and pleasant to all her customers. We had Fish and Chips which was the best Chips I have had. We have been a few times and look forward to going back. 👍

Lovely atmosphere, very helpful staff. We ordered fish and chips, turkey dinner, beef dinner, and the ribeye steak. I had the fish and chips, and it was a bit disappointing my mushy peas had formed a skin over them, and my fish was dry. But I have to say everything else was perfect. Big portion sizes. Lovely and hot. The deserts were truly amazing. The honey pot was fantastic, and the banoffee pie was just perfect. It's definitely worth a visit .

Just needs a lick of paint here and there and I would give it 5 stars all round. I had the Steak and kidney pie with triple cooked chips and roasted vegetables. Delicious! My wife had one of the vegetarian meals but I cannot remember which. She must have enjoyed it, she left nothing on her plate. I normally have a sweet, there is a wide selection, I was too full. As for drinks, try one of their house special sodas. I had the raspberry, very refreshing. Oh, BTW, my table was a little sticky.

We like the fact you can bring your dog inside as they're family too. Our host Emma(?) was welcoming and friendly. And explained what was or wasn't available on the menu . She was quick to pick up the fact that it was my husband's birthday and popped a lit candle in his dessert and promted us to sing happy birthday. A lovely lunch made even better by using my 40% off voucher.

We had a very good meal here last night. The food was good and so was the service. We have found the food and service a bit hit and miss in the past but they seem to have got it right at long last. My only complaint is there was a table near us with a small dog and one of the party had the dog on their lap and it was drinking water from a bowl on the table. Not my idea of hygiene. The only consolation for me was that the waitresses were disinfecting the tables whenever anyone left.

Reasonable prices. Staff very welcoming. Quick service . Nice food, nice atmosphere, nicely cooked and presented, good variety of craft beers, dogs welcome, free parking, facilities for disabled customers. Clean toilets. Big garden, would definitely return for more of the same.

Wide selection of food in the menu, options for vegan & vegetarians. Nice atmosphere, clean and spacious. Classic pub food done well. Good if you fancy a Tuesday night out greet and don’t want to cook. 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts, 2 glasses of wine. £60

We had a booking for eleven people to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The staff were fantastic! Even though the restaurant was busy, they were attentive and friendly. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced. Brilliant place for an evening dinner!
