Great quality food and friendly staff. I visited ruby's chip shop at closing time (8.30) as I was driving around panicking try to find some food for my house after our just eat takeaway missed three orders off. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and let us order even though I turned up at closing time. They didn't have enough chips left to make a large chips but they gave us some free additional food, which I'm very grateful for. I don't know if anybody working there overheard me talking to my partner but we had had a really bad just eat takeaway from another company. Ruby's chip shop saved the night! Thank you very much, I will be back for more delicious chips!

First time we have been here after hearing all the good reviews and we have got to say they were the best fish and chips we have had for a long time.will definitely be going back

Been to a couple of chip shops around the area this one is by far the best stuff are so nice and the food fresh will defo be back
