The store is always very clean. The staff are great and have excellent customer service
Staff were friendly with efficient service. Was plenty on shelf when I went there so never had to wait for more stuff being cooked.
Would like to start off by saying a massive thank you to DIANNE for helping me out with a Just Eat fault. The way she handled the issue was none of what professional and I cannot thank her enough. The customer service was outstanding and more people should take a leaf from her book!

Went into Gregg's coatbridge today, young boy named Connor served us, absolute wee gem, couldnt do enough for us and everyone else he served, very friendly, polite and exceptionally hard working!! Watched him whilst we ate!! Credit to his family, well done son! Keep it up!!👍
Loue this stord since they built a big new one whhch you can sit in or. Take away,,just love the veggie pasties&the sandwiches also plus point that its 5mins down the road...normally a queue at lunchtimes&very busy sometimes its a pain as the pasties are cold!!!..
Very good bacon roll and coffee. Great value. It was a bit cold with the doors open. My only criticism. It was good that it was open so early too
Everyone that works for greggs should be made to go to this shop and see how to cook food !! golden brown,sausage rolls ,steak bakes ect, nearly every other one you go to are under cooked,gets right on my t*ts,just leave them in the over a bit longer !!!!!.....it's not rocket science !
very busy most of the time, but always worth queuing for. tasty bites to low calorie lunches.
