The Old Plough - Cobham - Photo album

Seated outside but sheltered. This place is so busy! Restaurant inside is rammed and noisy so outside was a good choice! Darcy was our waitress, she is brilliant, very attentive and pretty!
Nice meal. Wife had the Crouquette and the Schnizel, I had the haddock smoked starter and the Mackrell special. The smoked mackerel starter was the best. The Crouquete is simple and creamy. The schnizel was very nice but maybe a touch greasy. The truffle fries are a bit heavy. The Mackrell and soy n
Top end plates and very reasonable prices can be expected. Great service and busy as would be expected from a pub producing almost fine dining quality meals. Excellent
One of the best restaurant experiences in a long time. We didn't check up if this restaurant has won awards or Michelin stars or something (they should), but crackers that was top chef cuisine we got there. My husband I had the daily special, chargrilled lamb steak with potato gratin and carrots..
We love that the Old Plough is now our local pub! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is always buzzing. The staff are super friendly and very efficient. Great outdoor space with additional covered seating areas.
What a rare find. A great place for lunch and dinner with great staff, and a great atmosphere. I had the chicken schnitzel and it was lovely. If you're ever near here, pop in and have a great time. Will, definitely visit again.
Visited here on a busy Sunday late afternoon. It was VERY busy, so chaotic. Food was good, but not without issues. We had the 2 courses for set price and the fishcake was all potato, zero fish. Roast was nice, very big, but good value. Sticky toffee pud was the best dessert. Would visit again perhap
A most delightful jewel in the midst of not the prettiest area! Great lively bar atmosphere, very nicely decorated with lovely staff. The attached Thai restaurant is perfectly matched, very busy as a consequence of its excellence. Russell Bracegirdle
Waitress was very attentive and the food was really good apart from the chips which I found a bit bland and a little over cooked. Nice place for a family get together. I would say booking is needed as was busy at weekend lunch time
Great pub. Always busy with a good atmosphere. The food is high quality and reasonably priced. Service is friendly and quick. Make sure you book if you want to sit outside as it gets filled up quickly on nice days! Good cosy pub for the winter too.
