I use this drive thru twice a week, probably for the last 2 years. Obviously you get the occasional cue but that’s to be understood however I’ve always felt the service could be more positive. Well today I was served by a lady called Alisson who could write a manual on customer service. Prompt, polite and upbeat. Great service today.

Ordered a good to go bag and was asked to wait at collection point. They left us there for 20 mins as forgot about us but they made it up to us by adding some extras in the bag. Great delicious food and friendly service .

Really cozy Starbucks just off the motorway, once inside you forget you’re next to a busy road! They make a great latte :)

I love going here as it's very nice and the drinks are good. The toilets are very clean and the car park is clean. The drive thru is also quick and you never have to wait a long time.

A little gem of a place. Very nice staff and good food.
The only critism I have is, the entry to the site. There needs to be a rethink, as it can be potentially dangerous slowing down on the A3 carriageway and slow to a crawl, to negotiate the roadworks barriers.
Besides this, I can thoroughly recommend the Chai Latte with cinnamon and the deliciously huge cinnamon swirl! Very tasty👍😋

Please be careful when you drive in and out from the Starbucks.This place is on A3 towards London before Cobham and Weybridge exit junction .when you exit this Starbucks facility please extra careful because you join motorway imigatly and speed of vehicles 70mph apart of this place is nice and have friendly staff .EV charging facility is also available on site car park

Lovely pit stop that came at the perfect time. The ladies serving us seemed less than pleased to do so, but the mushroom and ricotta toastie still tasted great! So, overall a good experience regardless of the bland service.

The location has picked up a bit of hate for its slip road entrance, but I found it no issue. Yes it’s coming off a 70mph road, but that doesn’t mean go into the slip road at 70. Slow down beforehand, and you’ll have no issue.

This place is a little gem if you can turn off the A3 fast enough. Lots of space to work and fast free wifi. Friendly, welcoming staff and a full range of Starbucks products. A lovely place to park up and work for an hour or so.
