Called in yesterday for tea.
I asked for chip, battered burger and a battered fish cake. They only do breaded fish cakes they said, they very kindly offered to battered me 1.
All of the food I bought was lovely will certainly be calling back again. Thank you for the battered fish cake think u need to put it on your menu.

Really good chips. Fish, battered sausage, and curry sauce are all really good too. They don’t deliver but you can ring and collect. They get quite busy sometimes.

The lovely ladies in this shop kindly served me - including by cooking chips from fresh - even though I arrived only just before closing time on Thursday lunchtime (my elderly parents had suffered a power cut, and I wanted them to have a hot meal).
They also served other customers - who arrived even later than me - with courtesy and patience.
Very creditable. And much appreciated.

My go to venue for Fish and Chips, head and shoulders above others in my opinion. Nice chips, cooked too perfection with a slight crisp to them and beautiful fish. Alright downside is sometimes the length of wait, but that is because it's so darn popular 😀

There was a slight queue when I arrived, usually a sign of good food, which was served quickly. Ordered 2 fish specials & 2 children's specials. The portions were perfect, the quality of the food was great as was the price. Would highly recommend.

We were trying to find a place to have dinner and saw a line out of this shop! We came back later on in the day ten minutes before close and they still put two fish in for us! We got two cod, chips, a drink and a fish cake for £18! Fish was delicious! Would definitely recommend.
