Visiting was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in the intoxicating aroma of spices that promised a memorable culinary journey. The menu was a treasure trove of diverse options, each more enticing than the last.
I decided to try their signature dish, and it was a revelation! The balance of flavors in the curry was nothing short of a masterpiece - the spices danced harmoniously, creating a symphony of taste that left me speechless. The tender meat melted in my mouth, a testament to their culinary expertise.

We love this Indian. Looks unsuspecting sat back off the road, but it's cosy and the quietest of them all, the food is very tasty and well made. The poppadoms have a great 4 x condiment mix. It's one of the best around Colchester on a par with the Spice in Elmswell and we also liked Stanway Villa. The only gripe, which is so common in many Indians is that the coke seems to be served out of a supermarket own brand 3 litre bottle as it was a bit flat and not as tasty as which is a shame and they don't sell chai tea. Best option is to serve it out of an individual glass bottle and the very top Indian restaurants do that but we have been going here for 15 years and food is consistently top quality.
Came a couple weeks ago 4th visit lovely guys who run it the food again the best I have had the poppadoms and dips are the best I’ve had and the spice in the currys are amazing nothing to much trouble and great prices defo would recommend to try

All I can say is I wish I would have come here sooner, the food is lovely and definitely freshly cooked!! You have to wait a little for your food but you don’t mind.
Definitely worth a visit, we came here 2 nights in a row and will now always use this place!!

Always been my favourite Indian Restaurant, food is consistent, full of flavour and affordable, although it may feel small the atmosphere is lovely and the staff are always on hand to help
Very nice place to have a curry, good value. And very good food, the lamb Dansak is excellent, service friendly and fast. All in all a very pleasant experience. 5/5.
