The best coffee in town hands down - no competition. Incomparable to Costalot much better taste if your a coffee snob. Cash only though and not many food options. Great atmosphere and experienced and attentive Batista

At Porto's Café, my friend and I just ordered coffee so we can't comment about the food. Though since the coffee was very good I would think any food from here would be delicious! 😋☕
It has a small seating area outside and 2 separate areas inside giving a quaint and cosy feel, with guitars and other instruments on display. I liked it very much and would definitely visit this place again next time I'm in Colchester! 👌😉

a great little coffee shop that's a perfect place to relax if you get the chance. the staff there is allways great. really it's the last chilled out coffee shop in colchester

It is the best coffee in town by far. We drove from Chelmsford to here just to grab a coffee. We were greeted straight away and just ordered two drinks to have down the back of this narrow spot. The guy behind the machine seemed to know various customers coming in and out which was so lovely to see. Heads up, like someone else mentioned, blink and you'll miss it
