This pub is tucked away, so you really wouldn't know it was there unless you was looking for it. Nice selection of drinks available, plenty of seating and outside seating space as well (and a bit quieter than some of the other pubs near by as it's tucked away!) Service was good and it seemed like a
First time in this pub. The guy behind the bar was very welcoming and helpful. The beer was kept well and lovely. The bartender said they change beers regularly which is a good sign. Nice beer garden that's very quiet even though its near a main road. Would definitely come back and planning on doing
Friendly local pub with a lovely little beer garden and function room for occasions, recently had a family birthday party here, and was ideal 👌 will be back soon for a roast 😊
Great place, good choice of ales and cider, food options are varied & a nice relaxed atmosphere for a close to town pub

Great street food vendors. Nice ever changing beer selection. When the landlady does BBQ make sure you get there.
A great local pub with good ales and beers regularly on offer. Comfortable ambience and very helpful staff. Not tried the food yet but will be back. Close to the Roman Circus site and visitors centre.

This is a wonderful pub, the staff are very welcoming. I have been with a large group of colleagues, they served up a delicious buffet, it is in an outdoor room. There is a good sized beer garden, and unusual beers and ales. We'll worth going.
Lovely little 'proper' pub, the landlady is adorable and the staff are really friendly. Had roast lunch there yesterday and it was spectacular! The roast beef was melt in your mouth, the roast potatoes are possibly the best i've ever had, the gravy, red cabbage, cauliflower cheese and carrots were d
