Been coming to the Harvester for at least 20 years to meet with friends and also through work bringing the people supported. The service is absolutely outstanding we do have our favourite members of the team Laura, is so friendly and great with everyone she is always on the go but finds time to chat. The people I support will ask for her personally, due to her kindness and being so friendly. Mina is also one of our favourites. Thanks guys for making eating a pleasurable experience.

We arrived an hour early due to the clocks going back, however the staff were brilliant and although busy got 4 of us seated within minutes (we had booked).
Service was good and my food was lovely. The disabled loo and baby changing room was accessible downstairs, other loos upstairs. Would recommend this place, good harvester as you know what you're getting.

First off, I have to remark on the EXCEPTIONAL service provided by SARA without an H ! Wow, so friendly and attentive without overdoing it; great smile, speedy and engaging, thank you!! The food is always consistent (ribs and salad are my thing, and its always a happy, energized, environment! We'll be back as we always are!

Laura has served us twice now and has been an absolute delight. Friendly, great with children and watching her interact with the customers just makes you smile. My daughter was happy to have her serve us..in her words Laura is her favourite.

Was quite busy when we wait, had to wait at the front for a little while before we were seated. Once seated we were sorted with our order quickly by Laura, she has served us a few times now and is always polite, helpful and funny. Lovely lady. Food was lovely, only letdown was the drinks machine ran out of pepsi max syrup, and no pasta at the salad bar the whole time we were there, other then that everything was fine,

Our waitress was excellent, a very down to earth lady who clearly has some medical issues but this did not stop her being extremely good at her job, she was funny, friendly and above all interested in giving us a good experience. Our daughter does not usually do well in resturants but she enjoyed her visit also thanks to her. We all enjoyed the food, the chips came cold on both our meals but the rest was excellent and we did not mind the chips. The place was clean and tidy and very comfortable.

When we arrived, we had to wait about 5 minutes to be acknowledged, but once we were, we were seated promptly. I had the free birthday meal, but it was not my meal that was free, but the cheapest meal. Which is misleading.
Other than that the service was fantastic and the manager Scott and our waitress, Michelle bent over backwards to serve us.
Overall had a lovely evening and its thanks to Scott and Michelle.
