Carpenter's Farm Shop And Restaurant

One of the best farm shop I’ve ever visited. Unluckily I wasn’t able to take a picture of my Sunday roast because it was too yummy and I’ve eaten it in no time. Sunday roast was really amazing, as the chocolate cake. Crew has been gentle and professional. Farm shop has plenty of local products of high quality. The whole farm is in the middle of a green area, lots of space to walk around. Highly suggested.

Lovely afternoon! The farm trail is now open again, kids loved seeing the animals. Cafe accommodated us late in the day for coffee and ice cream and staff were helpful and attentive. Tables safely spaced and all Covid19 guidance was followed. We popped into the shop afterwards to collect some delicious marmite sausages for dinner and the shop had a clear one way system and separate entrance and exit to allow customers to shop safely. Thank you Hall Farm, you never disappoint.

Great as always, nice to see they are upholding social distancing rules well, and it isn't encroaching on the experience. Only had tea and toast, real butter, which was nice, (not margarine!) only drawback, a minor one....I had a bog teapot buy only 1 tea bag, made it a little weak but I'm certain if I'd asked they would have given me another.

Really nice being able to feed the animals, £1 for a really full bag!, but very disappointed with how we were rudely spoken to and made to walk round separately instead of a family. Yes we are 7, but 2 adults and 5 children, all from the same family. What made it worse was there were two other groups of 8 but they weren't told to seperate.
