So I had the best Experience in a while, Came at the Nero Caffe on Culver Street and wanted to have a Mocha ☕️ and to be honest it was the best ever! Alex was extraordinary same his team too! If everyone want to have a nice time this is the place where you can have coffee work on your laptop 💻 and so on! Thank you Alex for your effort and to your team I am very impressed how nice it is comparing when I use to come few years back…. 🫡🫡🫡

Very polite and friendly staff. Fairly quiet when we arrived. Coffee is pretty much what you would expect from a chain store. Good place to sit back and have a chat with friends.

Ordered my cappacino, sat down and stayed for a while. Very relaxed atmosphere. Staff always pleasant, polite and very helpful.
After ordering the Assistant asked if I wanted her/him to take it to my table for me as he/she noticed I had a walking stick. This offer I gladly accepted as I did still want a full mug of coffee by the time I sat down, and not spill it whilst I carried the tray with my dodgy mobility! So a big plus for this! Lovely cappicino too! Visit very often as always feel welcome.

From the outside this Nero looks small but once inside it opens right up to the back into a large seating area.
Not too busy and a very relaxed feel, serving the normal drinks you find at Nero. But with a few new items on the food menu 👍. Worth stopping in for a coffee.

First time visitor, the food is amazing! Quick to get served and seated. Didn't get 5 stars due to the coffee, it's ok but not as good as other well-known brands. Bought the Christmas blend coffee to taste at home and was much better.
