If you were driving along the main road it would be easy to not notice the Abbey Arms, especially as the entrance faces the other way and I didn't see any classic pub signage hanging... Inside you will get served by friendly staff and have a large choice of drinks to choose from. There is a table to play at, and a large screen to watch the footy. I didn't think there was loads of seating inside, and to be fair if your having a quick pint, it probably doesn't matter. Whilst they have some benches outside, it is hard to ignore the busy road!

Good pub within striking distance of town. Pool table, darts and multiple TVs showing sports. Good selection of ales. USB charging ports on the Guinness pump is a nice idea. Comfortable seating and plenty of tables. Clean and fresh.

Great atmosphere, bar staff are friendly and make you feel welcome the moment you walk, great place to meet friends, play pool and unwind anyway of the week.

Great large and beer. Also one of the only places that really have a great choice for females that dont want beer and actually want a decent choice of drinks. More gin, rum, vodka and wine choices that you can shake a stick at. 4 different screens to watch sports on and staff are great!
