So I took the plunge and bought a motorbike online for the first time, choosing to buy a brand new Kawasaki Versys 650 since it was sort of a dream to have it. This was done by parting with my previous Honda motorbike in an exchange deal. I can't lie, I had my reservations about how smooth this process would be, especially online. However, my experience was nothing but great with Colchester Kawasaki. The communication from their team was very good. I had plenty of questions which were answered along the way and the Kawasaki team kept me well informed of every step of the way, from the moment I placed the order until the bike was safely delivered to my doorstep. Overall, I had great experience. Here are some key points that made me feel warm and fuzzy: - Very smooth and straight forward exchange process - Good delivery price considering the travelling distance - Very warm team (including sales team and delivery driver) - I love how the documents arrived in a nice Kawasaki document pouch (unlike my previous Honda documents which were handed over to me without even some sort of a document holder) - No pushy sales tactics (this can ruin your buying experience for sure) Big shoutout to Ray, who was the main person that I communicated with, and the delivery driver (apologies forgot your name)

Delt with Ray . And he was extremely helpfull. Turned up at 2pm and within 90 mims was riding bike out of showroom . And it was extremely busy on this Saturday Ray gave us drink vouchers while he was dealing with other customers. The whole experience was great. A brilliant kawasaki dealer. Great service from the staff at Colchester Kawasaki. I was served by Ray Wells who made buying my first new bike an quite a few years a smooth and easy process. The other staff were more than helpful sorting out the paperwork and I am now enjoying running in my Kawasaki 650 Ninja. Looking forward to the first service in a couple of weeks time.

Very pleased and happy with the whole experience, from my first email then telephone call I was given concise and accurate information in a professional and courteous manner, then right through the process of going to look at the bike, making sure it’s right for me, the contract, getting the PDI done before I have it, the delivery, everything is so professional, way they look after you, the personal touch, they treat you so well, it’s amazing. Highly recommended. I will definitely keep using them, and I live 200 miles away, that’s how good they are.
