Excellent little place hidden away in Foulridge, the staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was well worth having as was the meal in the evening, the room was very clean as was the onsuite bathroom, the prices in the bar are cheap and competitive I would recommend a stay here and will definitely be back.

Booked this as a little last minute break away. We were not disappointed, what a great little place with fantastic food and all the staff were so friendly and really couldn't do enough for us, especially Steve the head chef. The food was absolutely top notch, we had our evening meal there and were even told we could pick things that werent on the weekend menu and that if they had the food in, Steve would make it for us no problem. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and plentiful, again, nothing too much trouble. The room was spacious and clean and really good value for money. A lovely sun trap of a beer garden at the back too. All in all, 2 very happy customers who will definetely be returning!
