I’d like to say thankyou to Oliver who I asked where de-icer was he told me it was outside in the container & he’d get me some, I told him it was ok as I had a can in my car & would stock up on my next shopping trip. He was busy re-stocking but still offered to go outside and get it. While I was at the till he came over with a tray of de icer and told me he’d been for some as he knew it was freezing in the morning, that was very thoughtful & kind oh him as I’d said it was ok for next shop to buy it, so thankyou Oliver you are a really nice person and considerate 🙌🏼

So, had a click and collect booked and en route my car broke down. Rang customer services, spoke to a lovely lady who put me through to right team. They were amazing, delivered my shopping at no extra cost and in amongst my shopping was a bunch of flowers from the manager! Well done Asda, fantastic job 👏👏

I would just like to thank the young man today at the self serve checkouts who helped me and my mum with our shopping. He very kindly put it all back into our trolley for us as we had filled the bags a little heavy. First time ever asked if we need help. He also see that we needed items approving and whilst the other girls were chatting away and not taking notice as usual... he was right over from the basket self serve and approved our items so we were not waiting around. A credit to asda thank you 😊
