Food was great, the restaurant is in a great location with a good view of Comber town square. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Great selection of food drink on the menu, plenty of choice, even for people who might be a bit fussier when it comes to food. Will definitely be back.

I was at McBrides restaurant with a group of seniors, this is one of our favourite places.
We had a good menu, I noticed quite a few people had salmon, chicken and roast beef.
Everything was cooked to perfection really well presented and enjoyed by all.
Delicious home made desserts followed by teas and coffee.
What a pleasure just to sit down and enjoy a beautiful meal, plenty of chat no rush to leave.
We'll be back again soon.

Just called in for two drinks. Quick and efficient service although the staff member clearing our table was non verbal despite our polite thanks. Cheerful friendly atmosphere in general. Ladies toilets nice and clean.

Landlord Ivan was the reason for my repeated visits. He is a singular man. Also the 'regulars' were welcoming and friendly. The best Guinness anywhere.
Sadly, I no longer have reason to travel thousands of miles from Australia to Northern Ireland, (the person I was visiting has no wish to see me again) but if I am ever that way again, I would call in for the craic.

Brilliant service from Carol, very friendly and helpful. We ordered the Thai curry and the breaded torpedo prawns (from the specials board). Both meals tasted beautiful and the kids burger was a proper steak burger. They also made a baby bowl of mash, veg and gravy for the little one. A great family restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Went yesterday at 4pm for a late lunch and had a fantastic Sunday roast dinner. In fact it was the best I had ever had. My partner had the salmon and was delighted with it. Had a pavlova each to finish and it was only £12.95 per person. Great value and friendly staff with nice decor. Will be back again soon.
