Marvellous lunch stop on the bike. Lovely staff, great food, happy garden in the sun, and best of all beautiful live piano music filtering from inside. Amazing! (Grace!)🎢

A friend had a birthday celebration here. Lovely atmosphere, friendly and accommodating staff. And the best cheese and onion quiche I have ever tasted. Highly recommended. Plus they provide a subsidised meals on wheels service to the community. Limited parking. Vegetarian options and wheelchair accessible. Altogether a very good place to go.

What a lovely cafe, really worth seeking out. I can recommend the English Breakfast and tea. If you fancy something larger, ploughman's lunch is huge and really tasty. Try the apple juice as well. Pressed onsite from apples donated by the community.

Absolutely brilliant. I left my motorcycle to be MOTd and walked to the Sawmill while I was waiting. It wasn't quite open but the lady very kindly let me in and very quickly proceeded with my order. I was very impressed with the lay out and cleanliness, excellent coffee and food and very pleasant staff. I will definitely call again and recommended to my friends. Well done everyone.

Loved this place. Service was fantastic and the food was great. The team are super friendly too. I popped in for an early lunch on Tuesday while cycling the β€œWay of the Roses” to Bridlington. I made it in 2 days as planned. Thank you, for helping me refuel. Hope to see you all again soon. Steve

A gem of a place, community focused and run by many volunteers too. Delicious home made food and the afternoon teas are wonderful. Lovely homemade produce for sale here too at very reasonable prices like jam, apple juice and pickles and cake to name a few. Visited with the local East Cheshire Eye Society group who had a wonderful time and we we so very well looked after. Thank you.

we were a group of 5 and we all enjoyed our visit we all had something different and it was well cooked and all enjoyed it, it has a really homely atmosphere it is run a as charity by volunteers who do a wonderfull job. It is on a side street so if your not local you might have to ask for directions but it is near the shops and is well worth a visit and it is very good value for your money.

This place is amazing! People are welcoming, kind and very helpful. Prices are competitive and the look and feel is perfect for this type of establishment. The kids felt really important, the staff talked and conversed with them lots and as we all know it's the kids that matter most! We will be back you should go as soon as you can! Thanks Old Sawmill you filled out tummies and warmed our hearts 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!

What a great find down a backstreet in town. Community hub, run by friendly volunteers, with home made food to die for, their own jams, pickles, apple cider vinegar etc. Dogs are welcome. Sat outside in the garden - lovely. Great cause - come & support it. You won't be disappointed.
