It is costa coffee.. not much to say really.. the staff were friendly .. the coffee is ok.. the Safety Screen on the counter is so thick that i could not hear the staff and they could not hear me very well so I ended up shouting my order.

When in Congleton it is an absolute certainty that we visit this particular Costa. The staff are lovely, They can make a dull day so much brighter. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is swift. I thoroughly recommend this Costa shop.

The lady with the turquoise hair was very friendly, I ordered a lactose free latte to be told they don't have any in and they keep asking for it but never any turns up quite disappointing as I've been to other Costa who always have lactose free milk available

Good service for food and drinks. But, the interior could do with smartening up a bit with brighter lights, upgrading the wallpaper. it's a bit dull and uninviting.

Despite being very busy, the Barista's quickly served all customers with a smile. Great coffee. Will be visiting more often

I had an hour to kill in town, so nipped into Costa coffee, for a cappuccino and a chocolate twist. Obviously good coffee, the chocolate twist was a bit too covered in powdered sugar for my taste, but I'm sure many people love them. Service great, courtesy morning papers available. So all good really.

Ten star s for the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Polite helpful and the toastie was delicious. Special mention to the male barista. Didn't catch his name. His manners were exceptional.

One of the smaller Costa coffees, but the seats are not well spaced and not crowded. Avoid the seats near the door in winter, although they are comfy the front door doesn't seem to close properly.

Nice little place. Staff were very friendly. Lovely & clean shop & the coffee was very nice. One of the nicest Costa's I have been in.

Lovely Costa, I come here to have breakfast before work and the staff are so friendly and helpful especially a red haired girl who's name tag just said "barista", the manager who has blonde hair and a girl called Amy.
