The food at our wedding was incredible. I had so many guests come over and say how much they loved it, particularly our starter (oriental beef noodle salad).
Right from the get go the team at Vanilla in all Seasons were so helpful. We had a couple of ideas for what we wanted but went through the consultation with a completely open mind and together we had some solid options and 2 different menus to try at our tasting.
The tasting was so well thought out. We obviously got to enjoy the food (I was excited from this day onwards for our wedding breakfast). After we enjoyed everything we sat down with the team to settle on the best options for us and how we would like it to look on the day.
The payment schedule was set out from day one so it was a breeze to get everything sorted on that side. They reached out directly with regards to the final meeting to confirm numbers and the details of the day. This part was really helpful to feel like everything was under control and would be fine on the day (thanks Max!)
Finally we get to the big day and I cannot thank the whole team enough. It ran so seamlessly. The food was, of course, amazing and it was exactly how we remembered it from the tasting.

Vanilla was first recommended to us by a friend who worked for them. We soon booked our wedding venue and vanilla as our caterers and we can’t recommend these guys enough! The food is second to none! Sooo good (and we’re proper foodies!). The tasting experience was fab! Think I had a food coma for 24 hours I ate so much! We had 3 canapés - buttermilk chicken, goats cheese Bon bons and duck pancakes, then the tomato and mozzarella bruschetta for start, chicken with chorizo crumb and manchego cheese croquette, then the grand finale - the trio of desserts - as there were too many delicious desserts to choose from! Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and how much food there was! Even the evening food portions were huge and amazing! We had a lot of dietary requirements amongst guests and nothing was too much problem for vanilla - everything went smoothly and guests even thanked us for catering for their requirements to well! Thank you so much Vanilla! We wish you had a restaurant so we could eat with you again!! Sorry no pics of canapés or main - ate them too quick!
We had our wedding at Sandon Hall in July and chose the bespoke option - this meant we had SO many choices from VinA as our caterers. We also chose to have a choice menu to allow our guests a choice of 3 options for each course.
On the run up to the wedding the communication was great, we had regular email contact, a video call and a tasting evening. On the tasting evening all of the food was delicious and the portions were huge! The team were very accommodating with e.g. changing the plates/cutlery etc too to make sure everything fit with our theme.
On the day the food was brilliant. ALL of our guests have commented on how well presented and delicious the food was. The portions were definitely significantly smaller than at the tasting but we were all super full so it wasn’t a problem (it’s just worth noting as we were told at the tasting they would be the exact same). The service was brilliant, we had one server per table and ours was Emily who introduced herself to us at the start of service and was the most lovely, friendly person - huge thanks to her for her constant smiles!
