The food at our wedding was incredible. I had so many guests come over and say how much they loved it, particularly our starter (oriental beef noodle salad).
Right from the get go the team at Vanilla in all Seasons were so helpful. We had a couple of ideas for what we wanted but went through the consultation with a completely open mind and together we had some solid options and 2 different menus to try at our tasting.
The tasting was so well thought out. We obviously got to enjoy the food (I was excited from this day onwards for our wedding breakfast). After we enjoyed everything we sat down with the team to settle on the best options for us and how we would like it to look on the day.
The payment schedule was set out from day one so it was a breeze to get everything sorted on that side. They reached out directly with regards to the final meeting to confirm numbers and the details of the day. This part was really helpful to feel like everything was under control and would be fine on the day (thanks Max!)
Finally we get to the big day and I cannot thank the whole team enough. It ran so seamlessly. The food was, of course, amazing and it was exactly how we remembered it from the tasting.

Vanilla was first recommended to us by a friend who worked for them. We soon booked our wedding venue and vanilla as our caterers and we can’t recommend these guys enough! The food is second to none! Sooo good (and we’re proper foodies!). The tasting experience was fab! Think I had a food coma for 24 hours I ate so much! We had 3 canapés - buttermilk chicken, goats cheese Bon bons and duck pancakes, then the tomato and mozzarella bruschetta for start, chicken with chorizo crumb and manchego cheese croquette, then the grand finale - the trio of desserts - as there were too many delicious desserts to choose from! Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and how much food there was! Even the evening food portions were huge and amazing! We had a lot of dietary requirements amongst guests and nothing was too much problem for vanilla - everything went smoothly and guests even thanked us for catering for their requirements to well! Thank you so much Vanilla! We wish you had a restaurant so we could eat with you again!! Sorry no pics of canapés or main - ate them too quick!

We had our wedding at Sandon Hall in July and chose the bespoke option - this meant we had SO many choices from VinA as our caterers. We also chose to have a choice menu to allow our guests a choice of 3 options for each course.
On the run up to the wedding the communication was great, we had regular email contact, a video call and a tasting evening. On the tasting evening all of the food was delicious and the portions were huge! The team were very accommodating with e.g. changing the plates/cutlery etc too to make sure everything fit with our theme.
On the day the food was brilliant. ALL of our guests have commented on how well presented and delicious the food was. The portions were definitely significantly smaller than at the tasting but we were all super full so it wasn’t a problem (it’s just worth noting as we were told at the tasting they would be the exact same). The service was brilliant, we had one server per table and ours was Emily who introduced herself to us at the start of service and was the most lovely, friendly person - huge thanks to her for her constant smiles!
Our personal (and multiple guest!) recommendations from the menu would be:
Summer Aranchini
Cheshire beef with Parmesan chips and kale chips
Banoffee pie

I cannot thank Vanilla in Allseasons enough for my wedding food.
From start to finish Adam was so helpful! Ange was running the day and she was so lovely to work with, the staff were professional, polite and knew exactly what they were doing!
The food was unreal - baked Camembert and breads, pie, mash and veg followed by sticky toffee pudding - and so many of my guests commented that it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had.
I cannot recommend Vanilla in Allseasons enough - thank you for helping make our day so wonderful!

Vanilla catered for our wedding at Owen House Wedding Barn on 20.08.23. We can't recommend them enough - the food and service were amazing and everyone commented it was some of the best wedding food they'd had. They were even able to cater for our (many) special dietary requests.
From the start they were easy to contact and answered all of our queries promptly. The food tasting was fantastic and even our last minute changes to the menu weren't an issue!

From the moment of our first meeting for our wedding, we were blown away with Vanilla in All Seasons. The time and detail that went into the planning, from asking us our preferences, really getting to know us as a couple and then giving their expertise made the planning process 100 times easier. One of our biggest considerations for the wedding was the food - ensuring people had enough, that all the dietary requirements were met (and that they didn't feel like 2nd best options), and we couldn't have been happier. When I say that every one of our guests commented on how good the food was, I am not exaggerating. We've had comments saying it was "the best wedding food they've ever had". I have to thank Vanilla for their outstanding customer service, we had to rearrange our wedding and they were so understanding and considerate, kept in touch with us often, which really helped lift the burden. My sister and mum have very specific dietary requirements and we working with Devon & the head chef to get a great alternative menu for them, which I am beyond grateful for, and it really made them feel special on the day. On the set up and on the day itself, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, again all our guests commented on how great they staff were. Adam & the team, I wish we could get married again just so we could work with you again. Thank you for making our day perfect!
You cannot fault Vanilla in all seasons for their amazing dishes, perfectly and professionally managed events and great team, they made our wedding THE best day. The feedback from the most critical of our congregation was faultless, equalled by the way they looked after our guest with dietary requirements. The food at our wedding was amazing! So many of our guests described it as the "best food they'd ever had at a wedding".
The whole experience was perfect from start to finish - from our first tasting at Vanilla in Allseasons HQ in Congleton, the communication throughout, the final meeting to confirm our options, and of course the food and service on the day! Lets not forget the portion sizes for the wedding breakfast which went down very well with our guests also! The evening food was so good we had guests queuing to meet staff to take it off them!
I also have to mention that the team at Vanilla in Allseasons blended seamlessly with the staff at our venue (Standon Hall), answering any questions our guests had about the venue itsepf. You would not have known they were two separate organisations.
I can't speak highly enough of Adam and the team, thank you so much for playing such a big part in our day!
Vanilla delivered absolutely superb food and service for our wedding weekend. Absolutely cannot fault them. It was all delicious and brilliant staff. We got lots of positive comments from our guests too!
