Our second visit there last night. It's the best Indian restaurant we've ever been to. The decor & furnishings are a very high standard and the food is the best. We were offered a choice of where we wanted to sit, and the lady serving was very friendly and excellent at her job, explaining the different meals to us. I had garlic mushrooms to start...best I've ever had, lamb pasanda with naan + chips, and an Indian desert, all of which I'd definitely have again. It's great that you can take your own drinks too. Will definitely go again soon, highly recommended.

Do not be put off by the location (next to Morrisons). Once you are inside, the fantastic décor and surroundings more than makes up for this. The staff are excellent, so friendly and helpful with explaining the dishes on the menu and recommending certain dishes to you. Nothing is too much trouble for them and everything is served with a smile. Any dish can be altered to your desired heat setting too, which is great. The menu is extensive and everything I have eaten on our, now 4 visits, to the restaurant has been excellent. Would thoroughly recommend the home-style chicken curry which can be served either on or off the bone. Best curry I have had outside of Glasgow! And that's praise indeed. The bring your own bottle is great too and the restaurant will provide ice-buckets etc. You have to buy soft drinks from the bar and my daughter sampled the recommended raspberry mocktail which she said was lovely. It's quite a small restaurant and it gets busy (because it is so good) and probably is fairly noisy when full, but I quite like this type of atmosphere, it just adds to the experience. All in all amazing food, fabulous staff and great décor. Can't wait until our next visit. Connah's Quay was crying out for a great place to eat. This is it.

A recent visit to Wales found me treated to a wonderful evening meal here on Saturday 4th and just WOW. Service 10/10 Quality of food 10/10 Staff 10/10 Cannot fault this place and the chef even cooked off menu with no fuss at all. I enjoy a good curry and this was up there with some of the best. Highly recommended and my cousin Michelle was right it’s brilliant 👏👏👏

It was lovely. A selection of curry's they brought chips through from the chippy next door and were lovely hosts. They handled the whole night really well, even when the next table decided we were a problem and started being confrontational after they smashed a glass. The staff handled it well and were wonderful, polite and respectful.

My first visit to this restaurant and it will not be the last. The staff are super friendly and helpful; such nice people. The menu is quite extensive too offering a range of different dishes from Indian, Thai and Goan. I went for a northern Indian dish Chicken Sagwala and it was amazing! The most delicious ,flavourful mild curry ever and they even do take away too. Soft drinks are available but you can bring your own alcohol. You won’t be disappointed and I am looking forward to returning soon.Definitely worthy of the five stars.

We are returning customers. My family and I went to Quay fine dining for my grandads birthday (He has vascular dementia). They went above and beyond to make us all comfortable and Meena went out of her way to create the most amazing dish for my grandad as she knew that due to his condition he struggles eating and cutting food etc so she made a special dish so that the chicken was so soft and lovely that he could easily eat it and enjoy the meal himself just as much as we was enjoying ours. He gets anxious about going out now due to how he is with his dementia and the physical affects it has on his body that now he is unable to control. They made him feel so so at home and played a huge part in his evening, they really couldn’t have done more if they tried. They really did go out their way and nothing was ever an issue. No other company or restaurant would go to the extremes that they did. The whole team couldn’t have made more special for my grandad, they were amazing with us all and it really has meant an awful lot to us all and I am so thankful for them because they have played a huge part in creating amazing memories for me and my family! All I can say is thank you, for doing more than anyone else would. We will defiantly be back!

Went for the first time today with family. I already heard rave recommendations from locals. It is very often full, and it's clear why. The food and staff lived up to their excellent reputation. I loved the host too, she was super kind to my 5 year old. I wouldn't describe it as an Indian Restaurant, I would call it a Fine Restaurant. They cook Greek food, steaks, mixed grills, omelette. I highly recommend their own cheesecake - it is to die for. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite of our food. Hubby and I enjoyed the Kleftiko, it melted in the mouth. The lamb was so succulent it slipped clean away from the bone with no effort at all. We had starters too. I had a scrumptious halloumi salad. I have to say I was pleased with the portions too. Some places overload your plate but here, the food was so tasty it was all enough. The emphasis is on flavour and enjoyable eating, not pile-it-high-sell-it-cheap. The quality was outstanding. Can't wait to come back. A real treat to eat there. Highly recommended. You'll be glad you went.

This is the best Indian restaurant I have ever been to. The staff were fantastic, extremely accommodating, welcoming and very good with my children. They allowed my 4 year old to try some curry sauce before he ordered to ensure he liked it. He ate every bit of his dinner (massala) and he's only 4. There were 7 of us in total and we all ate everything, because it was so delicious. We took advantage of the governments 50% incentive, but I would quite happily have paid full price, as its worth every penny. We also felt extremely safe from a Covid perspective and the restaurant was immaculately clean. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back next time we visit Wales. Thank you Quay Fine Dining for a lovely meal.
