If you want to feel you went to China to have a dinner this is the place . The decor and the food was proper chineese . The food was excelent and so was the service. You sit in a round table . All the dishes are put on the table in a raound carusell . So you can move the dishes easly for all the table to eat.
We got a takeaway last night. It was awful. The battered chicken was anaemic, the curry sauce was runny and had obviously been watered down and the sweet and sour sauce was the same. As the takeaways are only 20% cheaper than the restaurant prices I would have expected a better standard of food.
We had a lovely evening at The Pavilion. We came here to celebrate a birthday and the food was beautiful. Our Duck starter was cooked to perfection, not one bit of fat in the duck. Mains were good but couldn't beat the starter for us. Staff were really professional and went out of their way to serve us to the fullest.
