If you like really hot curries ask for the Phal, its not on the menu, but they will make it if you ask and im yet to find a resteraunt that does a better phal.

The best in the area by far. Not overpriced and the staff are very helpful. I recommend the house specials, the lamb jalfrezi and the tandoori mixed grill.
If your on a diet portion sizes are good. But if your not no good, good job we did our own rice.
I still think this is the best Indian restaurant in Consett and surrounding areas. Outstanding food and service. Well recommended.
