We went in for a meal xmas eve first visit staff very friendly food was excellent will defo be going again loved it best meal we have had in a long time would highly recommend.
We came for dinner last night with a couple of friends and loved the delicious food, which was lovingly prepared and served by friendly staff in a cosy ambience. Definitely will be back and also will recommend it to my B&B guests :) Thanks for making it such a nice evening for us Watson's Bistro Team.

We got two courses (31.25 pounds at the early bird rate) and tried the salmon, chicken, cheese cake, and sticky toffee pudding. All of these dishes were super yummy, but the pudding might have been our favorite.
Classic British food, great flavour combinations and the menu well thought out, with a nice wine selection. Fish skin wasn't crispy, which was a shame and the reason it wasn't 5*, but the rest was great. The custard tart was the real hero of the meal, and was absolutely heavenly. Service was very friendly.
I would recommend the place as the food was really nice and fresh. The staff were lovely and very friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing so if you want to have a nice time and good food I am saying yes to this place.

Had been told it was good, how wrong could that be. Good was a terrible under statement , we rocked on up to the very unassuming entrance and dining area, We were shown to our seat in the conservatory lean to. The staff were very attentive and that specialness was now beginning to show in attentiveness the staff forged. Very small menu but even so the choice was already hard as most were very appealing along with a special board choice. from the great staff to the amazing food and choice we en-counted we were had a great dine out thanks
Excellent service and food. Even though the menu wasn't huge everything we've tried was Excellent. Couldn't believe haddock could taste so good! Proper gourmet restaurant, would definitely recommend
Tasty, well presented and delightful food. Brilliantly located in Conwy town centre. An absolute must for anyone visiting or local. I have dined here on several occasions and am yet to be disappointed. Keep up the good work Watsons don't let that standard slip!
We're sure to eat at Watson's every time we visit Conwy. Their dishes are always perfectly seasoned and generally rich and full of deep flavour rather than lighter and fresh flavoured. Presentation is impeccable, definitely a wow factor when your food arrives
They really know how to treat lamb and fish (as you'd hope from a restaurant in a Welsh coastal town) and desserts are to die for
Three of us for an early evening meal - friendly staff and prompt service of well cooked and well presented meals. We have been to Watsons several times and have always been happy with the food and service - which means we recommend it - & will go again!
Fabulous food, great staff, lovely little restaurant tucked away at the top of Conwy. Definitely recommend and will be back again
My lamb was excellent. However hubby thought the beef was bit on the dry side. Staff were excellent. Very attentive and polite. Background music was good but overall when sat in the side area there is a lack of atmosphere. Overall a great little restaurant. Recommended to try it out.
