Regularly go for our breakfast ... staff are great and go above and beyond , it was my sons 18 th and at breakfast he was given a special treat by staff ... very nice touch .. many thanks
Went for dinner today and my God I am one happy chappy. First of all, the pints I've been having in pubs recently were rather lacklustre. But our Stellas arrived at the table fizzy, cold, and delicious. Very happy about this.
The food itself was to die for. My stepdad and I had steak (medium rare) with ribs and prawns. The steak was juicy and delicious, not tough at all. Cooked medium well like I asked, not raw or overdone like I've had at so many other places. The prawns were fresh, and the ribs! I checked to see if they were microwaved (they were not) and they came to the table fresh off the grill. The flavour from each item on the plates was great. The servers were all lovely, couldn't do too much for you! I will be back again soon, and I look forward to it! Thank you for the good meal and atmosphere guys :)

Beefeater seemed to have upped their game in recent years as reflected in the decor, service and quality of the food here.
We stopped over in the adjacent Premier Inn and took advantage of the meal deal for dinner and breakfast.
Food at both meals was traditional, hot and tasty. Nothing flashy here but we enjoyed it.
Service was excellent. One of our party had a sever food allergy and nothing was too much trouble in finding exactly what was OK for them. A custom dessert was provided too.
Decor was fashionably 70's feel / retro. Not to my taste but everything was clean and tidy.
We wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
We've just had a lovely, family meal here. The food was fresh and very tasty. Dessert was slso fantastic. Rachel was our server. She was very attentive and helpful.
Food was amazing! Asked for mid rare steak sampler dish. And they were really good. Fryes was with salt so didnt had to put any as i always do. It was just perfect! Service was great too. Gave suggestions on what vine i could choose. Food came quick comparing that there was full of people. Loved it.
Went out for MIL birthday dinner. Food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and had great customer service.

Our server, Becca (blonde with glasses), was absolutely amazing! So friendly and caring. Was very attentive and made sure our needs were catered for. Food was lovely, and she even went to the trouble of checking ingredients due to an allergy. Even got us more drinks before they were empty, amazing service. A credit to the company 🙌
Even though I was warned it was busy and I can clearly see the waitresses are mental busy (Saturday night) the service i received was fantastic. Lovely friendly staff, really good food and beers. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times but don’t think I’ve eaten here before, it’s very good and I’ll eat here next time in staying!
It was a great get together with fellow couples. The food looks great and tastes great. The attendant were friendly and jovial. I really liked the place
Dined here for my daughters 18th birthday on the 23rd oct. Lovely food. Waitress we had did an amazing job, very friendly and cheerful. Couldn't of asked for anything more from her. The furnishing could do with a little tlc but overall very clean. We asked on arrival to move the table so we could be sat a little different and was no bother.
Neat place for a good meal. Everything tasty, but portions aren't that big.
