Slow dead pan service. The cups & tea pots are dirty and when the Staff was told it seemed normal that that would be normal. The loo needs cleaning as the rest of the place. The lad who was wiping down the fridge doors then took the same cloth and used it for cleaning the tables. The trays are dirty. Would never go back.
First time when I asked to use the toilet facilities I've been given a code to use it. Never encountered this before. The code is on the receipt
