Slightly more expensive than other Chinese restaurants, but the food is lovely and the service is very good. Well worth a visit.

Mid week visit, had the restaurant to ourselves, pleasant welcome,
Ordered shredded chicken chow mien, special fried rice and chrispy chicken, chicken and black bean sauce,
Order was on the table very quick as there was only us,
The whole table was full with our order as the servings was huge.
The taste of the food was excellent 😋,
We couldn't eat it all and they politely put our food into takeaway boxes.
Highly recommended
We'll be back again 10/10

Just had a lovely meal at Kongs. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service exceptional. For a Sunday night the restaurant was packed and the take away service seemed to be consistently being used. Would most definately recommend as food delicious!

Service was a little slow, but polite and once orders placed for food or drink the wait wasn't long before service.
The food was very good, portions were proportionate to the price.
Flavours were good, not oily, well cooked, great aroma.
I would happily return.

I've just moved into my first home with my partner and decided on our first night to get a Chinese takeaway. Well wow! It was the best Chinese we've ever had and that's saying something. Egg fried and special fried rice bang on! Chicken curry just the right amount of spice, chicken balls amazing, and the chips are the chunky chips 😋 the sweet and sour was great too. We were glad we could pay by card only downside was collection only but glad to go for such nice food. Thanks Kong's we will be eating from you again soon!

A small restaurant but it is nice if you don't like being in crowded, noisy places. The tables are clean and staff are friendly. I had the dry ribs for starters which were so nice and perfectly cooked. I had the crispy aromatic duck with egg fried rice and it was cooked to perfection, not greasy at all. You are not rushed and they leave you to enjoy your meal, but are always available if you require anything further. It is my favourite Chinese restaurant around, highly recommend!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent food. Individual dishes are expensive but the set menu is reasonable and very generous. Take out is the same excellent quality food at normal take away prices. Highly recommended. 😉👌

The food is amazing, exceptional flavours.
Great customer services.
We came from Basildon to try the food, as recommended by their cousin.
It was worth the drive.
There is no other place to eat from in Essex except here.

Booked a table for a large group. Picked a huge selection on the menu for a good share up at the table. The food was fantastic only to be beaten by the service of the young lad who was our waiter.
This is not your average Chinese takeaway food. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy a clean and comforting surround and eat some high quality Chinese food prepared fresh by a team of chefs who clearly know their trade.
