After a little hiccup, that was rectified quick and efficiently, our food came out. It was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere here is super chilled & friendly. The location is absolutely stunning. Definitely worth a visit!
Staying just a minute walk from here on holiday this week, I booked a while ago for Sunday dinner today. We were a party of 3 and were seated in the restaurant, got our drinks from the bar and were directed to our table. Service spot on, the young lad at the bar was friendly we ordered 3 beef dinner
Stopped here for an evening meal after a day out. They managed to fit us in on a bank holiday fab! Upon first impressions the pub appeared very cosy with a country village pub vibe. This was nice, upon entering the dining area we were greeted by the feel of a very cosy country room with very little
Lovely pub, lovely friendly service and live music. Great food and they kindly kept the kitchen open for us as we phoned ahead. Great big (flat) parking lot too. ☺️
Jordan and David were so were so nice and accommodating. I have asked for a Pina Colada. Everyone so kind and friendly. I have stayed at the apartment and was very cleaned. The Jacuzzi and all the ustensiles worked perfectly. New by plenty of wanderful places to visit
Popped into the Blue Lion for dinner while staying in the local area - a solid experience overall. This friendly and welcoming village pub caters to the local community and even allows dogs, which is a definite plus. The lady behind the bar greeted us warmly and efficiently took our orders, ensuri
Visited here on the 13/05/2023 after a long hike in the area. We hadn't booked, but were given a warm welcome and food arrived promptly. There was a really good menu with lots of choice. Everything was well cooked, tasty and fresh. The pub is obviously very popular with local people, which is fantas
I stayed here for one night with my fiance and our 2 dogs. From the second we entered we received a very friendly welcome and was treated like royalty throughout our stay. The food was excellent and very well presented and our room and the bar area was very clean and well furnished. The room had WiF
Staff were friendly and food was nice. Disappointed that the cocktails were from a premixed bottle but other than that we had a pleasant evening there. Location is lovely and parking over the road which was handy.
Lovely place to stay I only stayed a night to travel the next day but upon arrival it was very welcoming. The room was amazing better than I was expecting and considering the room was above a pub I couldn't hear anything. The food in the restaurant was great and was a good atmosphere with the locals
Lovely small town pub in North Wales. Very comfortable and well presented room, very welcoming. You get what you pay for. This is great value for the money.

Breakfast wa
Food quality was great. But when coming to pay there were no staff behind the counter for a good ten minutes and the washer upper wasn't trying to find anyone.
Sunday lunch was delicious
Stayed a couple nights during Feb cold snap but this place was nice and cosy. Rooms newly and stylishly decorated. Unfortunately Sunday night bar was closed and shop opposite too - given quiet eve and out of season - but late night convenience shop was only 15mins down the road in Corwen. Will defi
