A lovely village cafe which is so much more. The solid, high-quality menu is always accompanied by an offering of specials as well as a range of cakes, meaning that you always have the opportunity to have either a tried and tested favourite or something new. The food is always cooked perfectly and b
I love this cafe! Gorgeous food and drinks, lovely cafe space and delightful people.
The coffee is great (local St Martins beans) and as everyone else says, all ingredients are locally sourced. They don’t have soya milk but that’s because it can’t be sourced locally or sustainably - their local oat
One of our favourite locations for breakfast.
And the coffee is superb too
Not forgetting their famous Viennese Swirl biscuits.
Make a visit especially this august during Yarn bomb month.
Fantastic dining experience! One of our kids favourite places to grab lunch. They do a mean breakfast too. I can't recommend going here enough. Top service!
We found this gem of place as we’d wanted a special brekkie before dropping our girl at Uni. Having seen the amazing reviews, we gave it go - we weren’t disappointed. What can I say other than superb! Great coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, attentive staff, lovely ambiance - but most of all we
Genuinely one of the best breakfast spots in Leicestershire. The food is homemade or locally sourced and always delicious! Terry one of the owners and their team are always delightful. Very dog friendly in there too. The milkshakes and fresh bakes (especially cinnamon buns) are also incredible. Can'
We were on our way to Rutland and happened, luckily, to drive past the Cook in the Nook. Such a brilliant find. It was busy, always a good sign, and we had an excellent, delicious lunch. Highly recommended. Just wish it was closer to where we live!
Delicious food and drinks, really nice cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Really enjoyed the food. Two brie and caramelised onion toasties with added bacon Including two coke zeros it totalled £27, which in all honesty I think is a little steep.
The price could be forgiven if the service was swift, or the service could be forgiven if it was cheaper, but on this occasion
What a lovely find. I just had coffee and a sausage roll but both delicious. Will definitely go back for lunch and their breakfasts look good too.
Very friendly place. The morning breakfast was great! The staff are friendly and helpful. ( We met another person who usually goes here and she loved the place because they let her dog in and they have dog sausage)
Had a full breakfast here, unfortunately though there are no substitutions. (I dont eat eggs) which is surprising with the price tag. However, very nice quality although a very large amount of beens which was soaked up by the toast which was served on the main plate and not separate.
Now we are talking! Fantastic breakfast at Cook in the Nook. The Eggs Benny’22 was so tasty with a lovely combination of flavours from the chorizo and hollandaise. Friendly cheerful service and a pretty setting. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for good food and a beautiful setting.
Wonderful place. Meal was excellent and all drinks were fantastic, family loved everything. Staff were very friendly.
Loved this Cafe in Corby. Very busy bit owner there to organise tables. Tasty toasted sandwiches and good coffee.
Super friendly, excellent service with some fantastic menu choices and seasonal dishes. Quality coffee and the kids absolutely love the milkshakes!
Best breakfast yet 9.9 /10
Highly recommend the Cook in the Nook all local produce and the taste is impressive. 2 Bacon, 1 sausage, black pudding from Russell Smith butchers (cosby ) , free range eggs (kimcote) cooked as you , Mushrooms, Beans, chakalaka (spicy tomatoes) homemade hash brown,
Take my word for it, you need to try this place. I am very fussy about my food Im and I am massively impressed with this place. We had a breakfast and everything was cooked to perfection and very high quality. When you sit there and look around you can just see every inch of the place has been thoug
