Oct 2023, Still my favourite curry restaurant. This time I had a couple sides with some garlic naan. The first side was Mattar Paneer (pea & paneer) medium hot. The second was Aloo Gobhi (cauliflower & potato). Washed down with a couple of pints of Cobra beer.
Oct 2022, Great selection of tasty food. They are happy to alter some dishes to suit the customer. Great for veggies who would like some paneer in their curry. Nice selection of beers and ciders on tap.
Nov 2021, Veggie Jalfrezi with Paneer chunks, Garlic Naan & Mushroom fried rice. Still great!

Just had my first takeaway from here, and it did not disappoint. reasonably priced, healthy portions and tastes fantastic. even threw in chutneys for the poppadoms for free which a lot of other places don't. friendly staff inside when I went in to collect too. will definitely be going back again soon!

The only thing I would say is the outside of building needs some attention as people would drive by I was recommended by someone and was told not to be put off by the outside appearance.

This is our second time eating at The Lion’s Inn. We can honestly say that this was the best Indian food we have tasted. The service was friendly and efficient. You could be hard pressed to find better Indian food in our area.
