The Farmhouse Restaurant

We had the pleasure of being served my Noman, he was very friendly and really made the dining experience wonderful. He knew the menu really well and gave us his recommendations, which did not disappoint. The restaurant was very clean and modern, it was very busy and we went on a Sunday at 4.30pm but the drinks, food and dessert came to our table very quickly. We are not from Coventry and heard about this place on social media. On arrival it looks a bit like an industrial place but when you arrive at their car park (free to use and plenty of space) you really get to see the restaurant, it looks very classy and modern. it is a fairly large place, and you can tell the owners take great pride in the appearance and cleanliness, the staff all were dressed smart too. Their customer service is amazing, you arrive and are met by someone at the entrance who welcomes you (we had booked in advance) and gets someone to take you to your table. Then Noman served us and he was truly a gent, he was very busy but still found time to make small talk with us, which was really nice of him. All the staff we interacted with were really friendly, on the way in and out, there was a staff member to open the doors for us. The food was amazing, quality and presentation was spot on. Very generous with their portion sizes and the price was very fair. Thank you, and we look forward to returning in the future. Massive well done to the owners, a really well thought out restaurant. We went on 22/10/23. For two people, we paid £109, this includes mocktails X2, starter X1, mains X2 and dessert X2.

The place is busy luckily we got a table on a Sunday lunchtime - it's not possible to book. The lamb cutlets and fish pakora starters were ok but small portions. We had the FH Mixed Grill which was more than enough for two people. We were slightly disappointed that the starters and mains all came together, without requesting this. The food was generally ok and the menu is more streamlined than before. The surroundings seem too ostentatious and the dark internal decor is not inviting.

One of the best restaurants we've ever been to. Everything was perfect; the decor was sublime, the service stellar and food sensational. Special thanks to Narem who was and excellent host throughout! All staff generally were so warm and welcoming even for small things (e.g. one chap cleared an entire counter top of the bar to let my wife and I take a picture). Fully halal with no alcohol on the premises and a prayer room for men and women.

First time visited this place with my friends for dinner. Honestly cannot recommend The Farmhouse Resturant enough. From the moment we arrived and seeing the car park full, we knew it was going to be wonderful . The food was incredible and presentation was unreal. We had dynamite Prawns for the starters. It was so delicious 10/10. Kiwi 🥝 krush Mocktail 🍹 10/10 For the main we had Bombay badboy, FH mixed grill, lamb Shank, lamb Karahi and chicken biryani. Everything was so delicious. We even taken some home as the portions are so generous! Highly recommended and look forward to enjoying it all again! 🖤🖤 We drove from Peterborough to visit this amazing restaurant and we were not disappointed.

I was invited to join friends for dinner at The Farmhouse. I was very impressed before I'd even walked in the door; the building and gardens are both exquisitely designed and decorated. We were greeted in the gardens and given the option to dine inside or outside (it was still very warm even though we arrived at 8pm). We chose to dine inside and were escorted to our table. The interior is as luxurious as the exterior with plush seating and a black and white marble theme running around the restaurant but it's not dark thanks to plenty of indirect lighting. We were introduced to our waiter; Laura, who presented us with a menu each and left us to select our order. Laura was very pleasant with an open and friendly demeanor and was more than happy to answer our questions and took pictures of us at our table. There was a good selection of foods available. I selected the Calamari for starter, Philli Cheese Steak main and the Pistachio Cheesecake dessert. All the food was beautifully presented, good portion sizes and tasted fantastic.😋 I've added this restaurant to my favourites list and will hopefully be returning again soon. (My mouth is watering as I remember and write this!) If I wanted to be REALLY picky: the description of the menu selections was too small (I'm partially sighted) so I needed to use my phone camera to zoom in and, although our waiter was delightful, Laura leaned across the table a number of times when I believe she should've moved around the table.

No complaints honestly, really enjoyed the experience here! I only have 4 stars for service because I do feel the Brunch is overpriced but worth the portions. I wish they offered a lighter menu that was more affordable. It’s got a great atmosphere that they do well to maintain. I will be going there again for lunch / dinner.

Heard so much about this place l have to pay it a visit. It's looks amazing, it's as if Tony Montana opened it back in 1983. Service was good however nothing to shout about. I must admit l love the outside seating area as the lit and heated parasols were simply stunning to sit under especially as it was raining. The estimated wait times were wrong and this was to our advantage. I ordered a chicken parmesan with chips and a soft drink. Also the special FH steak was ordered with chips. Additionally the wait time for the food was acceptable. The ambience and decor lended itself well to making the visit memorable more than the actual meal itself. We skipped dessert but l am certain it wouldn't have been a disappointment. The food was tasty and very well presented but l was, maybe wrongly, expecting more. You certainly feel special sitting there in awe of the surroundings. Overall l would recommend this establishment and l would like to pay another visit for confirm my initial thoughts of the place.
