The outdoor area is perfect, lots of tables and space for dogs and children. The food is good but nothing amazing I'm afraid. Perfect place for a beer in the garden, location is remote but spot on for a sunny day. Staff are always polite and helpful.

A really nice varied menu with something for everyone,a real service with a smile attitude where nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Good quality food with nice portion sizes, our group five all thoroughly enjoyed the food. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Having booked with one of our children in the group having a peanut allergy the staff went above and beyond checking all products and some. Absolutely brilliant. The food was delicious especially the belly pork and salmon 😋

Food was fantastic but we walked in to the empty restaurant and got sat in the walkway to the garden we had people walking past with bowls of dog water and back and forth to the bar sat in a cold breeze as the door was left open. We had to eventually go to the bar to pay for our meal as we got cheesed off with waiting for someone to ask for the bill. It was quite disappointing as all other times I've visited its been great and I had really talked it up to my girlfriend not sure I will return after that experience

The food is lovely here.. and the 4 starts are solely for the food.. have knocked a star down as we pre booked to come.. when we got there we was shoved on the smallest table near the back door.. not very romantic for valentines.. we felt like we was forgotten about abit there as we had to ask for knives and forks which every table around us had… some people just walked in and got given better tables than us which we was a bit miffed about.. a part from that tho it is a nice pub and lovely area surrounding it.

Lovely meal, service was a bit slow and they missed a meal off so one person had to wait until the rest of us were at least half way through our meals. Very noisy too. Overall enjoyable though

Great pub on the outskirts of the city. Nice big beer garden with loads of benches. Nice wooden play area although my daughter's liked the big swings there which from our last visit are not there any more and hope they will be back in the future.
