I went as a group. The Chinese restaurant was deserted, so we didn't have problems getting a table. The all-you-can-eat dinner cost £19.99. This does not include desserts.
I had sweetcorn soup, and it was delicious.
As a vegetarian, I ordered prawn curry with egg fried rice. And although the meal was tasty, it didn't have many prawns in the meal. But saying that you can order many different dishes. My friend ordered prawn toast, it was very different, more like a fried sandwich, but very tasty. We will be returning again.
Fantastic Chinese, warm, welcoming & lovely hosts. Most importantly the best Chinese food I've been had. I drive almost weekly 45 minutes for Oriental Palace as it really is the best Chinese food around. The all you can eat menu is not to be missed and is amazing value for £20. If you like Chinese food & feel like you deserve a treat then do not skip Oriental Palace!
Visited this Chinese restaurant today to try their buffet menu.Server and Owner of the restaurant cordially invited me and explained the menu though I arrived a bit early.👍It's bit different from the typical Buffet restaurant we visit usually and all the items selected by you from the menu card(Refer images) will be serve at the table to you fresh and hot which is great. You can repeat any items if you want. Buffet menu is an extensive one and you wil find most of the typical dishes you usually get in the regular Chinese restaurant menu in the UK.Taste wise most of the items are Good. The restaurant management stopped the buffet options because of pandemic and resumed the service again from this month again. You can order takeaway also if you wish.Pocket pinch is reasonable if you can eat a lot.😀Make sure you don't waste any food and order based on your appetite.
Ordered a takeaway last night.
Spring rolls, hot and sour soup, Kung Po Chicken, Chicken with Mushrooms and Egg Fried rice. I highly recommend this place. Everything was delicious and reasonable portions. Maybe egg fried rice could be a little bigger portion when you order a large portion.
The soup was hot and sour as described and didn’t taste vinegary - the way we like.
Compliments to the chef.
Our friends came up from Cornwall and fancied a buffet so we came too oriental palace the waitress was so helpful and friendly the food was beautiful specially the prawns and yuk sung and chow mien the prawn toast was off the charts will be back for more thankyou for your lovely hospitality.
Freshly cooked all you can eat. Hot and sour soup was my fave also the prawn toast was spot on. Well worth the £20. Will be returning.
An old pub turned into a Chinese restaurant. Nice family, food is beautiful, lots of comfortable seating.
Ignore the sign on the wall outside, that's the old prices.
The best Chinese restaurant in Coventry. Food is very tasty and the portions are quite big. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very polite. My advice for them is to add on the menu a photo of each dish.
Tastee fresh food and great service. Portion sizes great for tasting a diverse range of dishes without over eating.
Love it, have been twice now and will go again soon impressing more friends and family
The women who waited on was so lovely the food was spot on I couldn't fault a single thing it was absolutely delightful... it was very quite when we came in, this place should be popping! Thanks again for such a great experience!
