Saturday afternoon so wasn't very busy, three staff members working the floor, including manager. Food was overpriced for the quality received, however the meal was filling but lacked flavour. I ordered the Sicilian lamb shank and the initial presentation was ok but the meal lacked flavour and the mash was stodgy, but edible (I did finish the whole dish!). Initially I rated 3 stars but due to the friendliness of the staff I have finished with 4 stars 😊

Service was excellent, this is why I am giving five stars.
The waiter Jim, came across well mannered, with warm reception and regular visits to our table.
He even brought over a drink when he noticed it was empty. (Evening meal deal).
As for the food very ordinary.... No special experience

Popped in for breakfast today and the service was brilliant. The waitress Rachel was very friendly, polite and always smiling. Didn't fancy the full English so she recommended one of the other options and was spot on with her recommendation. Cheers :)

We came for a birthday breakfast for my daughter, and they made us feel so welcome. Natalie in particular was brilliant, very attentive and made her birthday visit that bit more special. Food was lovely, really hot, served quickly. Will definitely be back.

Came for a midweek dinner with a friend. Had a 10 minute wait for a table but the barman was really friendly and funny. Food was really good. I am a vegetarian, there is a good veggie selection. Our waitress Emily was really good, checked in on us a few times throughout our meal and really friendly and helpful

Asked at the door about allergies.... absolutely brilliant. Far better than when ordering food and worrying first.
Served by Rachel who was wonderful with the kids and us. Friendly, professional and knowledgable about the menu and cooking arrangements (for allergies).
New menu has LOADS of veggie and vegan options. And they look delicious and tempting rather than after thoughts.
Really, really impressed with the staff, menu and service.
We will definitely be coming more often now the menu has been extended for vegetarians. 😄😄😄

On arrival was greeted by a smiley face. As there was 12 of us for my nieces meal I was told where our table was. I was the first to arrive so waited at the bar area for a drink, I didn't get served. Other people from the party arrived and we sat down. Emily our waiter came over, she was brilliant making sure we have everything we needed. Let us know when the next food was coming out so we know it hadn't been missed. Very happy with the salmon salad, side corn on the cob. Overall enjoyed our visit.

We visited your restaurant Saturday 31st August for breakfast! Rachael was so lovely, chatted away to us and made us feel very welcome! Very rare do you get such excellent customer service these days, never know anyone so bubbly in the morning!
