December 2025. Booked in for the festive menu. Service was prompt and polite. Had the prawn cocktail and turkey dinner. Both were tasty and well presented. Good selection of ales as you would expect from an Ember Inn.
Wonderful pub with wide range of variety food. We tried their noon time 3 course set meal for 12.29 pounds (starter, main and pudding). It was so good it's very worthy. Atmosphere was so good, staffs are really nice and attentive.
Overall it was a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

With much expectation we went to The Open Arms, placed an order for Steak, Chicken, and Cocktails. Steak and Chicken were over cooked and hard. The prices were equivalent to any good restaurant. Service was good and staff were courteous and helpful. I would recommend the management to improve the quality of food.
