I have visited 3nights in a row (in order to try different things).
Their portions are ridiculously oversized (ie. real value for money). The food is tasty. And the service is unbelievably warm and professional.
Highly recommend this place, and am grateful that they exist!

The cheapest and tastiest fish and chips in the city.... Great service.
One note to the team just make sure the oil on the fish fry should be dried properly before serving as the chips and outer paper gets struck with the fillet

Pre-ordered a large quantity of chips so we could feed children performing at The Albany. The chips were ready, wrapped, hot, and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even carried them to my car. Great chips, great value, great service. First time I’ve been to this chippy, we will see you again!!!

Our 'go-to' place for doner, lamb and chicken kebabs. It's a long trek there and then a long sprint back but these are kebabs to die (or kill) for! If you are buying for more than one bring a box and open each roll at home over a (heated) full sized dinner plate as sizes are such that otherwise it will be all over your front!
Recommended are the meats with salad and sauces (hot is hot and minty is minty!), the chips and fried fish deserve a mention but for us it is the kebabs.
The place is spotless and deserves its five star rating yet prices are reasonable. Well worth travelling to.

Mini fish and chips for 3.80 pounds. Very cheap, service is good and delicious. Their portions are huge. I saw the chicken tikka and fries it was loaded with full of meat for 4 pounds small I'm going to get that the next time. Their lamb and chicken kebab looks amazing as well. Fish is crispy on the outside n tender on the inside. 5 stars!!!
