I met a friend here for coffee. It was nice to sit above the shop below and people watch while we chatted. Good coffee, but expensive for anything else

Good coffee shop within New Look Arena Park. Lovely decaff coffee at normal prices nothing added as Caffe Nero do. We will be back when in Arena Park again.

Great service. Stayed to work, and staff came to my table to take orders and serve, like a proper continental cafe! Well done !

Asked for something not on their menu and they were able to make it for me. Friendly staff. On occasion when it gets very busy it can take a while for tables the be cleared, but otherwise lovely venue. Although it is upstairs it does have a lift.

Located on top of a store, you can look over the store itself and it is just a really nice and peaceful setting and looks very open as you sit on the gallery. Almost feels like you are on the first floor of a mall except very reachable with parking etc. in the retail park.
The service was a bit poor with them getting my order wrong and then me having to ask repeatedly for cutlery. They seemed quite understaffed. Expect better from Starbucks.

Great sanctuary for people like me who hate clothes shopping! You can relax with a coffee whilst your other half tries on several outfits. If it had a bar and a pool table it would get 5 stars! lol

The staff are always friendly and there is fast service even if it's a big queue. They make the drinks to your requirements. Food is exactly what you expect from Starbucks.

Beware men! This is strategically placed at the back of a clothes shop. So if you're invited for a coffee, you are unlikely to come out with just coffee breath. Joking apart is nice.
