Pizza Hut

Visited this Pizza hut buffet restaurant today and the experience is overall decent. Price for weekend buffet is £13.99 and if you would like to include bottomless soft drinks then it would be £17.39 which is little expensive based on the variation of pizzas available on buffet. Pepperoni pizza is the star of the show which I enjoyed most,other variants tastes okay. Veg pizza options are present too which is a good news for vegan customers. They have different sorts of salad items available along with Two types of Pasta as sides.Ice creams machine is also there.Wash room is clean which is a relief.I would recommend to visit the store on weekdays if possible which will cost you £9.99 for same buffet 😊

The place was mobbed due to the commonwealth games but staff were dealing with it really well and it was all quite cheery. We did a sneaky take away order from a distance and it was probably ready as quick as they said it would be. We only chased it up 10 min after and it was there and waiting. Amazing given their load. Sadly it was just a greasy, bready pizza but that was to be expected, we didn't expect fine dining. Good experience.

Beyond great full for the level of service from the manager. My parents aren't very tech savy and some how missed the main orders off the order. After an hour of waiting we were informed we hadn't actually ordered the mains and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate our mistake. He could have very easily been arsy about this but he wasn't. He was so understanding and took it into his own hands to get it sorted. Complimentary garlic bread, pizza and even gave my little one 2 stickers before we left. So thankful. Feel awful I never got his name to thank him personally. Will definitely be returning but next time I wont leave the techy side to my parents 🤦‍♀️🤣

Saw Rammstein yesterday, and despite being a Sunday these guys stayed open much later to help cater to the massive crowd of people once the show was over (30,000+). The night was chilly and it was hard to get transport so it was very welcome for them to be open. Despite them being rushed all night, the food came quick and was great quality, including the salad bar. Very polite and friendly staff. Thanks a lot.

We were attending a concert at the CBS arena this past Sunday, and many of us flooded into this pizza hut after the gig as it was the only place open after. The team were amazing, whether people were ordering drinks or large orders to take away or getting a table, all of us were given the highest standard of hospitality, I ordered drinks to sit outside with and then went back in to order a pizza and a side to wait with. The food was perfectly cooked, and tasty, and most importantly warm! Huge thanks to all the team who worked that night!

This location stays open late (after normal closing time) after events at Coventry Building Society Arena and is a great place to grab a bite while waiting for everything to calm down after an event at the arena. The staff are friendly and hard-working and the pizza is normal Pizza Hut fresh out of the oven.

I wanted to leave a review for the manager and his staff mainly as he was really upbeat and was doing a great job at managing staff and trying to keep adhere to everyone's needs, for the guy who was manager today- 15.4.22 at @ 14.00 I'd give a 5*. I think its was £35 for 1 adult and 2 11 year olds (buffet Inc drinks deserts)can't fault the price but the food is what you'd expect for that price so can't really complain.

They have some lovely staff, very friendly. Last time I was there I bought some pizzas to takeaway. I also ordered some sides. Fries and onion rings. The onions were okay, but the fries, I don't know how they made them but they were dry, cold and very sad to look at 😁. The pizzas were good, as always. Regardless, I'll continue going there and remember not to order fries again the next time!
