Reviews of Jam Jar

This is the best dessert parlour I've visited in the UK. The desserts really taste special. My favourites are the waffles, apple crumble with hot custard, strawberry cheesecake and cherry and chocolate cake. But also they do better coffee than most coffee chains and then you've got the extra special virgin mojito and chai latte. All of this in the most relaxing atmosphere. You just don't want to leave. The Service is both friendly and personal.

Friendly family and colleagues place..was passing Coventry today..went in for a lovely well made coffee. And perfect dessert . street parking at the rear.. after 6 is free and for the hour it was a pound.. nice location. Very clean and tidy inside Staff where friendly and welcoming. Very classy and nicely made desserts. Had a jam roly poly. A red velvet cake, And a crepe. All made exceptionally well. Been to both branches and both are consistent with quality.

Today was my first time coming to Jam Jar and I have been surprised by the fact that even if the place was really crowded (like it would be on the weekends), the staff members were doing their job brilliantly and I felt like my order was served very quickly. I was impressed especially by Nara and Emilia. Emilia took my order initially and she made sure that, in spite of the crowded evening that she had to deal with, I had my order served in a flash so I could enjoy my time there. After that, Nara came to my table twice when I was enjoying my dessert, only to see if I was having a great time, and made sure that my table was clean at all times, while still being an enjoyable person. Her attitude showed me that there is definitely a good atmosphere within the team and the staff members really enjoy working there. I appreciated their service very much. Overall, I would recommend the place 100%. The quality of the products is great, and the staff members create an amazing atmosphere. Coming again, soon.
