The Quids Inn

Love this place! Staff are always really sweet and helpful, cheap drinks and has a jukebox you can use change to queue up songs, and the selection of music is ENORMOUS. This is by far my favourite bar. So glad they have food as a portion of cheesy chips helps me sober up dead quick so the night can keep going!

Pizza review- absolutely outstanding. The pizza they serve here is top tier quality, the base is perfectly soft yet crisp at the edges, with a brilliant crust, sauce and toppings are A* quality and it is cooked and served to perfection. Honestly one of the greatest pizzas I have ever ordered. When it comes to the pub, it’s good on a good day, but if you’re having a bad day just go get one of the pizzas, they’re sensational.

Student bar plenty of people in all week round. Theys got a cheap food cart open most nights next door. Reasonably priced drinks with the exception of a five pound minimum on card orders so if your out alone or with 1 -2 friends I'd suggest bringing cash to save the pennies. Theyve recently refurbished the bathrooms which is a blessing from the old ones. And if your in the mood there's pool tables for a couple friendly games at £1 per game. Overall its a first year students must and regular watering for the 2nd year and senior students

Very welcoming venue shown great duty of care towards customers massive thank you to the man behind letting me charge my phone whilst I struggled to get home because of him I got home safe he also refused to accept a drink off me when I offered for his troubles just shows the place cares about peoples well being and is run to a high standard would definitely recommend to anyone if you are from the city or visiting for a long or short stay

I came to quids and was served a pint that was a little flat, I explained to the bar tender kristian and he immediately resolved the issue. The worked replaced the pint and offered me a replacement on the house while making sure the rest of my experience was memorable one. He served me the pint was nice and Polite and was wal around an asset to the business. He is a diamond and deserves a raise as this was the best customer experience I have received period well done you're a diamond!!

Great atmosphere, great prices. Good bar to relax with some friends before going clubbing or when the pub is too full. Drinks are on the pricier side, but not to a ridiculous amount. Number of people depends on when you go, and which part of the bar, but tends to not be terribly crowded. Crowd is almost always students, and pretty much anyone you speak to is chill. Would absolutely recommend going if you need a bar to just wind down in with some friends
