I just had to let you know about the exceptional service I had today ( 21/8/2023) from Bradley and another fabulous male member of staff ( sorry I did not catch his nane)
I was having one of those days when I visited with my friend.
I struggled to open a can of drink and they kindly helped.
Then I sat down and promptly spilled it everywhere and was rather embarrassed.
Bradley promptly mopped it up without any hesitation and refilled my drink.
Thanks so much to two very lovely helpful members of staff.
I will be back! Ps wear your waterproofs!!🙂

Lovely Quiet Place, Drinks Were Amazing. We We’re Very Happy With Our Customer Service. Greeted With Kindness And Had A Wonderful Experience. We Were Served And Helped By A Barista In Training, Daniel. He Was Nothing Less Than Great. He Also Was Very Quick To Help Out Others In The Shop With Manners, Patience And Respect. Well Done To You Daniel, You Did A Fantastic Job 😊

Not a really big fan of these large franchise places, but we were in Coventry for a quick visit when the heavens open up so we called into here. The staff were very very pleasant and helpful. The tea and toasted was all good and hot. I’m sure the staff here are above the norm with smiles and very chatty even when busy👍

Its alright. Good coffee. Sometimes the staff are friendly and other times they are super cold which is very common. Buy your coffee and leave 😁

This costa is the same as every costa in the world similar layout similar dishes ,similar drinks,similar prices the costa located on the upper precinct in Coventry has good access for wheel chairs,but a very small outdoor area. Ample indoor seating,with a warm friendly atmosphere

Nice small Costa Coffee shop for students.
Warm and tidy.
Pretty quick service as there are 817372 students begging for coffees 😂.

Really low key Costa. Staff seem very friendly. The place isn't too bad with lots of positive messages and comments about how they recycle etc. Surprised there's a code you've got to memorise to go to toilet. Also the locks in one of the toilet didn't seem to work as I walked in on someone mid-toilet. Not a great sight to see.

Enjoyed the seasonal drinks at the busy city centre branch. The staff could have been a bit more friendly but apart from that no complaints. Would recommend the gingerbread hot chocolate and also the hazelnut praline.

Love Costa one of my favourite places to go. This Costa is always efficient in serving customers and always friendly staff. Always helpful if you need something always willing to help. Has a great atmosphere fairly lively at times but also quiet enough to go and study if you need to. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
