Restaurant At The Campanile Coventry North

Stayed with my friend for 4 days thru a coach tour trip Surprisingly the room was big , and plenty storage..iron & ironing board and a hairdryer Very clean. Also bathroom was big enough ...very dated tho.. bed was comfy enough .. Breakfast had plenty options...also dinner was very good..cant complain Would stay again Local to shopping centre and public transport...

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely time. Had a twin deluxe room. Very clean, lots of space. The staff were friendly. Rooms were not cleaned daily it said, due to left over COVID rules it seems. Not that I minded! Buffet style breakfast and dinner were plentiful and nicely cooked. There was a 2 for 1 price deal between 6-9 pm. Very good. I would definitely stay there again. It's right next to the Coventry Cathedral old and new. Also Coventry University is next to it. The bus station is located just across the road. Great central location. Only downside was the ageing windows that were very stiff to open, plus I could here the sounds of the traffic and late nighters outside due to the windows not being properly double-glazed

Very centrally located hotel. Very friendly staff at Reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant served tasty English pub grub that was obviously freshly prepared every morning and evening. Our room was basic but clean. We initially had a problem with our toilet but this was fixed very quickly by the Maintenance team. The room was not high end luxury but had all the basics you need and, to be fair, you are not paying the correspondingly high price for your stay. Overall, had a lovely time for a very reasonable price. Would recommend!!

I was expecting the worst because of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Reception staff were friendly the public rooms were clean and the bedrooms nice. The only thing I would criticise was no air-conditioning in the restaurant, in the evening it was not a problem as the doors were open but in the morning they refused to open them and as it was already 25 degrees out side it made for a very uncomfortable breakfast. The meals were nice especially the meat and tarragon pie. All in all not bad.
