Quite possibly, if not, the BEST Chinese in Coventry. Upon arrival, it is always hot, the portions are well served. Delivery says about an hour but it always comes way before. Been eating here for years and have never had a problem.
Now & again, I treat myself and partner to a Chinese Meal. It's nicely placed close to my home address and we can enjoy the meal with ordered. Nice friendly staff look after us both, whenever we order a takeaway from this place,has been on site for a few years as well.
To have such a lovely takeaway just around the corner is fantastic although sometimes too convenient. I rarely try different dishes but the chicken curry, sweet and sour chicken balls and combo starter are always delicious. Ordering for collection is always very reasonably priced and the food is often ready by the time I walk round. 👍
Always experienced good food here. Usually free prawn crackers with orders. May have to remind them if they haven't given you bag. I think they are still cash only. Never wait too long and enjoy the food. Pleasant person at the front. Thank you.

Mayfair is our go to place for take out or delivery! The food is incredible and you get a lot of food.A take out will last us 2 days.We love our Mayfair and it's updated menu! Won ton soup and mini chicken rolls, beautiful and filling! Staff always gr8 to us!

We had
mixed appetisers, chicken curry and rice, king chow mein, special chop suey, shredded chilli beef and chicken balls (actually strips)
The batter for the fried food was really tasty and not heavy and stodgy like other restaurants.
Prawn toast seemed home made and was delicious.
I wasn’t a big fan of the chop suey, found the sauce a little bland, but overall everything was good.
This has been our regular for over 4 years now and you cannot fault it. Delivery is always on time and delivery man is friendly and polite, food piping hot not to mention tastes lovely! The portion sizes are generous too. Dont understand the reviews on here that say negative things! Have not come across a single chinese takeaway in coventry that even comes close to this one.
We order from Mayfair quite regularly, and the service is always great, the food is always delicious. The delivery is always quick, and the foods still hot when it gets to us. Friendly polite delivery drivers too .
Recommend the Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong style, 1/4 crispy aromatic duck, and the BBQ spare ribs
I have salt and pepper chips Singapore noodles and extra hot curry sauce always amazing and always red hot top quilty food and I repeat top quilty food
