We had breakfast in the cafe and were really pleased with the level of service and food. The staff was so friendly, helpful, polite and professional. They were lacking a decent vegetarian option but you can choose your own breakfast so just skipped the meat. The bacon was overdone for some but the rest was really good and there was plenty of food on our plates.

This West Orchards store has got to be my most favourite of all Debenhams stores. You get everything here and in excellent quality. After reopening in the current corona virus situation, they have placed signs everywhere, reminding of the 2m distance. The shopping baskets have been discontinued for the time being. The staff here have always been nice. A special mention to the lady who works in the kitchenware/tableware section. She was super kind & so friendly and helped me with my items all the way to the tills. Thank you so much for that. Really appreciate it!

Visited the store today and visited the fragrance department. Was approached by Jemma who I believe was the fragrance floor manager. she noticed that I was in need of assistance as I was waiting a minute or so for some help. She was very chatty, friendly and knowledgeable. Fabulous customer service. Thank you

Today I went to Coventry Debenhams as I had a problem with my gift box which was purchased over a year ago and which I had been unable to use due to ill health. I wontt go into great detail but I would like to point out how absolutely amazing the customer service was by the Sales assistant and manager who dealt with my problem. I have always found Debenhams staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you for a lovely experience and by the way I ended up buying a dress too! Hope our Coventry branch doesn't get closed down as it an amazing store.
