I asked for almond milk and got normal milk so that bummed me a bit. It's a really good starbucks to work on your laptop and one where you can sit outside if you qant to smoke or enjoy the sun

Amazing service! I ordered for accident hot latte instead of ice one and I asked for a cup with ice. Emilie offered to redo my order and made an amazing ice latte. I really recommend this Starbucks! Thank you again Emilie 🫶🏻

Considering it’s Coventry this is the best Starbucks I’ve been too, young lad and lady served me this morning and was so lovely! The guy was very funny and good with customers and the girl was very quick and worked well as a team. She also put a love heart with the foam which I’ve never seen Starbucks staff do before as it’s supposed to be fast, even with the coffee pattern it was still the fastest service.

I don’t usually leave a review, but after my experience with it he staff today I had to! The Tuesday morning crew were so incredibly kind, and pleasantly sociable! They were very attentive and took extra care with adding a personal touch to my experience as a customer. As a manager and a barista myself, I truly appreciate the staff who were on! I wish I caught their names because they deserve a name drop, particularly the two guys who were working.
They were amazing even when the queue was long, and they don’t waste any time making the drink, so you won’t be waiting long, even if you get food! I hope everyone gets the same experience!

Staff is always polite, even in situations where you can notice the workload is more than the people currently on shift. Every time I get exactly what I order and even get my name right. Best Starbucks in the city
